A. The booking amount is not refundable as the date will be blocked for you. If your booking is cancelled it is a complete loss for us and in many cases we have to pay to different vendors even in case of cancellation of the event.

A. We have our own 63kva diesel generator to provide power back up. We do provide complimentary fuel for two hours. Any fuel consumption beyond this is charged to customer.
